Here comes the problems almost everyone will encounter issues with GPRS Settings missing. here is the solution for this,
New SIM will receive settings automatically, if not you can request settings by sending SMS as below:
Postpaid customers: SMS ACT VL to 111
Prepaid customers: SMS ACT VL to 144
     OR
Send an sms to 52586 with text with S 15 digits of the IMEI number  of your mobile
And Save the settings you will receive
For example, if you are using a mobile phone with IMEI as 35180603242107 which is a 16 digit IMEI, you need to send S 3518060324210 to 52586.
