DROID BIONIC has a 4.3-inch qHD screen using scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass with dual-layer anti-reflective coating, a dual-core 1 GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor, 1 GB of RAM, an 8MP autofocus camera with flash and 1080p HD video capture, a front-facing camera for video chat,ULP GeForce GPU, Tegra 2 AP20H chipset, HDMI port, 4G LTE, 3G or Wi-Fi, and 32 GB of storage (16 GB on board and 16 GB microSD card included). TFT capacitive touchscreen with 540 x 960 pixels resolution. Also don't forget this is a cdma device for Verizon so not compatible with GSM networks.
