Apple iPhone 3GS coming to India through Airtel

 

After the long back release of Apple iPhone 3Gs worldwide, Now its time for India to receive it. The much awaited iPhone 3Gs is all set to enter India, Bharti Airtel country’s largest mobile operator is all set to launch iPhone 3Gs for Indian consumers.

Three models which will be available:

(1) iPhone 3G – 8 GB in Black Colour.

(2) iPhone 3GS – 16 GB in Black & White Colour.

(3) iPhone3GS – 32 GB in Black & White Colour.

The handset will be available at Airtel Authorized Stores very soon.iPhone3G on Airtel is locked to Airtel and will work only with activated airtel. There are many features of iPhone3G. It combines 3 products in one – a revolutionary phone, a widescreen iPod and a breakthrough internet device with HTML email and full web browsing.

To Apply For Airtel Connection with iPhone following formalities are required :

1. Proof of Identity and Address (Passport/Arms License /Driving License/Photo Identity Card having Address/Election Commission Id Card/ Ration Card with Photo and Address of person whose photo is affixed/CGHS/ECHS Card)

2. Photograph

3. Proof of Address ( Ration Card/Water Bill not older than last 3 months/Telephone Bill of fixed line not older than last 3 months/Electricity bill of state company not older than last 3 months/Income tax assessment order/Vehicle Registration Certificate/Registered Sale or Lease Document . It will take around 4 Hours to activate the new connection.

It seems soon Vodafone to gets iPhone 3gs but still no official news.
