      -extract the zip file you will get 2 folders
      Driver & China Phone suite

      - you will have file named PhoneSuite.exe open
      the file if you are using windows 7 right click
      and run as Administrator.
      - right click on my computer=>Properties=>
      Device Manger=> you can install handset
      drivers from the drivers folder.
      - if still problem persists comment me
