LG-GT540-Android

LG GT540 being unveiled at CES 2010, we didn’t have any photos of the phone.

Now we do, and there are also two hands-on videos with the GT540 Swift – which is LG’s third Android phone, after the GW620 and the China-bound GW880.

The LG GT540 is a mid-end phone that features a 240 x 400 pixels touchscreen display, HSDPA connectivity, lots of Google services, a motion UI player, DivX support, MicroSD card support, and a 3MP camera with autofocus and face tracking.

The phone runs a slightly customized Android UI.

Key Features:

  • Network: GSM/EDGE/HSDPA
  • 320 x 480 pixels touchscreen display
  • Multimedia: “motion UI player”, DivX and WMV playback
  • Apps: Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, access to Android Market, quick and easy access to social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Bebo
  • 3MP camera
  • Memory can be expanded with MicroSD up to 32GB
